The Alkebu-Lan Village has an exciting lineup for September is Black Reading Month, including a Black reading panel featuring five local authors, a well-deserved literacy award presentation to Truth Bookstore for their continuous dedication to providing reading materials for our community since 1994, and an inspirational call to action from literary activist Jamarria Hall.
